Nexus Homecare LLC, a Salem, Virginia based company, has been proudly serving the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas since 2010. We specialize in assisting seniors and their families when personal care and companionship needs arise.

We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Health, bonded and insured. We are certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia care.

We have a team of highly trained and professional certified nursing assistants, and Companions, focused on providing quality personal care and companionship under the direction of a registered nurse, in the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever home happens to be. ​ ​

We customize Care Plans for each individual and family's needs. Customized Care Plans can include personal care, companionship, or Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and can be adjusted as the needs of the client may change over time.

We understand that all levels of care are important, and we work very hard to make sure that our caregivers and clients are compatible. Our goal is to help restore a sense of independence, strength, and confidence for both the patient and their family.
